Great question! Stone & Palm was born in 2020 and has evolved into an upcoming, Dutch-based brand which focuses on timeless design, high quality and Japandi influences. Stone & Palm is the proud dealer for brands like NORR11, WDSTCK and Cappelen Dimyr, and will start offering its own design products in the near future.
We have currently put our design endeavours on pause, but if you have a particular project in mind, feel free to reach out to start the conversation!

In most cases, yes! We work very closely with our respective brands so always ask about the options because chances are, we can help you make your vision come to life.
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please consider shipping times due to current circumstances.
For non-EU clients, email us at info@stoneandpalm.com with your particular order and we'll try to find a suitable shipment method.
When the product is in stock, we will ship the very day your payment is received. Some of our products are made to order, meaning it will take longer for the product to be shipped.

Shipping & Return Policies
DELIVERY
Our prices do not include delivery costs. All orders can be shipped to all countries in the European Union. We work hard to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible, within 24 hours.
Once we have shipped the order you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code so you can keep track of your order and when it will be delivered.
We can arrange international delivery at additional cost. When you prefer to have more information about international shipping cost and your
country is outside of the EU, please send an email to info@stoneandpalm.com. We will contact you as soon as possible to give you an exact quote of delivery prices.
Some products are made by hand only after an order is placed and can’t be shipped immediately. We always do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible. We will ship the items which are in stock immediately and inform you about the delivery of the pre-order items separately.
Which courier will deliver your package to you depends on the size of your item. Items like chairs, lamps, side tables and oddities will be shipped with DHL, or PostNL global pack.Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If the courier hasn’t been able to deliver your parcel, new attempts will be at your own expense.
Shipping costs with depend on the size of your item, the departure of
the shipment will take place the next day you after placing the order at
Stone & Palm. Delivery is up to your front door at the ground floor.
Please take in mind that the courier will make one attempt to
deliver your treasure, so make sure you are home at the day of delivery.
If you’re not at home when the courier comes, they will take your item back to the warehouse. A second delivery attempt is on your own expense.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging. If the products are bespoke/customised/made-to-order we can not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Non-refundable items
Custom made products and/or clearance items are not refundable. We are unable
to accept any items that have been returned outside the return period,
or that aren't in the original packaging or in an unsalable condition.
If you purchased something and the price drops after the purchase, we can't offer a refund on the difference.
When you want to return your product to us, please send us an e-mail at info@stoneandpalm.com and include your order and payment
confirmations.
You can send the items to our warehouse, please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected.
Once the item has been accepted the item will be refunded within 10 working days.
